Corporate Events in Maine
Host your next Corporate Event in Maine inside the Grove Hill Lodge with a view of the Appalachian Mountain Range. Indoor corporate events, including lodging, for up to 25 people can be accommodated and will provide you with breathtaking views of the mountains, with all of the amenities to keep you comfortable during your event.
Outdoor events and retreats up to 150 people can also be accommodated with space for a 40' x 60' corporate tent. We can provide recommendations for lodging overflow.
Corporate Event Accommodations
We will assist in planning your Corporate Event by recommending a variety of local catering options. Treat your guests with a private traditional Maine lobster bake, go with a potluck or burgers on our Traeger Grill for a casual atmosphere, or hire one of our local Milo or Brownville caterers. Your group might enjoy one of the many excellent food trucks or caterers from Bangor serving everything from lobster to great down-home cooked cuisine. You are welcome to bring your own food as we have two kitchens in the main Lodge for your use, as well as a small kitchenette in the private cabin. We have multiple refrigerators, freezers, and a walk-in outdoor cooler is available if needed.
Rustic cabin or outdoor country setting, the space is perfect for those that appreciate nature and all the beauties it has to offer. Take advantage of the quiet and peacefulness to reengage your team, get creative in the woods with team building activities, or yoga and stretching on the lawn. The options are unlimited, but you are sure to leave refreshed and reinvigorated!

Lodging Accommodations
The Corporate Event Lodging Accommodations that we offer include our Main Lodge and our Private Cabin. Both sit high upon a hill providing you and your Group stunning views! The main lodge has open space where we have hosted training courses, family events, and dinner celebrations. The main lodge would be perfect for a corporate meeting, and there is a living room space in the back of the lodge, an upstairs loft, as well as a separate private cabin if breakout meetings are required.

Additional Activities at the Ranch
Within a quarter mile down the road, take a walk to view our 200+ acre red deer farm. On a special day, you might just get to see a roaring Red Stag or catch a glimpse of one of the Maine Moose that wander the property.
Enjoy a day hike along several Mountain trails, including Gulf Hagas, Gauntlet Falls, explore the Katahdin Iron Works or Jo-Mary. Extend your trip to Baxter State Park for a bucket list hike up Maine’s Mount Katahdin, experience some or all of Maine’s Hundred Mile Wilderness section of the Appalachian Trail. Go fishing or swimming in one of Maine’s many lakes or rivers, including nearby Schoodic Lake, Ebeemee, Sebec, Sebois, Jo-Mary, or the Pleasant River. If you’re feeling even more adventurous you can take a white-water rafting trip down one of Maine’s Rivers, the Kennebec or Penobscot.
